Persuasive Essay: (for those who didn't already do it in class)
Choose one to write a response to (in a 5-paragraph format, preferably: intro, 1-3 arguments/ideas, conclusion)
1. Rich people get off too easily when they break the law.
2. The government place a tax on junk food and fatty snacks.
3. Athletes who dope should have to give up not only their titles and medals but should also be required to officially refuse all sponsorships and advertising.
4. Many of us spend hours in front of our computers and communicate more by e-mail or instant-messaging than in person... Does technology actually make us more alone (or feel more alone)?
